I’m taking a quick time-out from introducing the Kalapa Executives, to share a little nosh (snack) with you.
When I first launched the blog, George Marshall commented on my bio page and invited me to his house for Matzoh Brei, a traditional Jewish dish usually served during Passover. I gladly took him up on his offer (even more gladly because I am good friends with his wonderful daughter) and went to his house in Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia at the end of December. I provided a recipe, and he greatly improved it with his masterful technique!
